Withdrawal from the contract and product complaint

You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract.
Not satisfied with our products or was it an unsuitable gift? Fill out the complaint form and please state the reason why you decided to return the goods. Every piece of feedback is important to us and will help us improve.

 

We do not exchange goods. If the size didn’t fit and you wish to order the product in a different size, fill out our complaint form and place a new order. If the requested size is in stock, we will dispatch the goods immediately.
We will refund the money for the original order to your account no later than 14 days from receiving the complaint.
